Wellness Workshops

Exploring Mindfulness

Mindfulness involves intentional awareness and being present in the moment. The practice is a great way to promote both physical and mental health. Our mindfulness workshop involves breathing techniques and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.

Unlocking Your Chakras

Each and everyone of us has an aura that is affected by all kinds of things. Be it the way we think, who we come into contact with, our environment and so on. All of these things can affect our chakras, which are the energy centers in our bodies. To function at your best, these need to stay open, or balanced. If something causes a block, this can result in physical or emotional symptoms related to that chakra. The body consists of 7 main chakras running from the top of your head to the bottom of your spine. This workshop focuses on realigning your chakras and rebalancing the energy centers in your body.

Understanding Natural Healing

Natural healing includes gentle, non-invasive techniques to treat ailments through mindfulness and organic products. There are ways to relieve a stubborn cough, sore throat, or trouble sleeping that do not involve over the counter medication. Treat your anxiety among other things through natural remedies. This workshop explores healthy alternatives to treat everyday ailments.

Natural Healing

Many of the daily products we use contain harsh chemicals that can wreak havoc on our bodies. Essential oils can be used in a variety of ways to remedy this. From aromatherapy, to homemade candles, and even to laundry soap, there are DIY solutions available that I’d love to share with you.

Many people think of the pleasant scents associated with essential oils, but did you know those pleasing aromas also have a multitude of health benefits!? From boosting energy, to fighting infections, to reducing stress & anxiety, different oils can help with different ailments. Allow me to guide you through the maze of learning which oils to use in certain scenarios.
